Your personal details are captured online, and data is encrypted at rest within the AWS environment using AES 256 encryption to make it secure. The data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored within AWS in the UK region. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
You are responsible for your own access credentials which enables you to access our site, these access credentials are your Corporate Login details and it is your responsibility for keeping thes details confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Competition & Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
A prize draw promotion (where the winner(s) is/are picked totally at random from all entries) rather than a competition (where entries are judged based specific criteria).
Prizes must be awarded in accordance with the laws of chance and, unless winners are selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person.
For competition elements (where entries are judged based specific criteria) rather than a prize draw (where the winner is simply picked at random from all entries).
Entries must either be judged by an independent judge or a panel that includes one independent member. Entrants have the right to request details as to who is judging the competition, so it is critical to ensure that the judge is someone who is unconnected with us.
All prizes via competition or prize draw are non-transferable and may not be substituted for monies by the winner. The information provided by the Participant when entering the Competition or claiming a Prize will not be used for any promotional purpose.
